Appointment of Managing Director

The Board of Credit Corp Group Limited (Credit Corp) is pleased to announce the appointment of Chief Executive Mr. Thomas Beregi as Managing Director.
Mr. Eric Dodd, Credit Corp Chairman, noted that this change brings Credit Corp into line with ASX-listed peers in having the Chief Executive Officer formally serving on the Board.
“Although recognising this change has no day-to-day impact, the Board welcomes the appointment of Thomas as Managing Director and aligning Credit Corp’s Governance structure with usual practice,” he said.
There are no changes to remuneration and other contractual arrangements to those disclosed in the 2022 Annual Report and relevant subsequent disclosures as a result of this appointment.
